Its been so long i could cry! Did y'all miss me!?? ..no? okay lol. sorry i completely went M I A on the blog stuff, I'm slowly but surely getting my life back on track and I finally got a new laptop so that helps too! But anyway, lets talk fashion. I am soo loving the over-the-knee boot trend for fall! There's just something about them that makes any woman look so sexy and powerful. I have yet to see one pair that I don't like. These were a gift from bae. I was going to buy them myself, but he ended up surprising me with them, what a sweetheart! lol. Tell me what you guys think of this trend! Do any of you have a favorite pair of over-the-knee boots for the fall? 

Crop Top Zara / Faux Leather Overalls Nastygal / Bag 3.1 Phillip Lim "Pashli" / Shoes Dolce & Gabbana

I had been eyeing these overalls for a good month but for some reason i don't agree with spending anything over $100 at Nastygal. Thankfully the fashion Gods answered my prayers and put them on sale on black friday! I knew it was meant to be. Anywho, It was such a cold windy day today, but it was still sunny so I decided to go out. My back up boyfriend and I (aka bff) decided to go out and have brunch in Georgetown before his class. My dumb ass forgot to bring a pair of flats so my heels were literally getting stuck in between every crack of the uneven stone lol. Nonetheless, I still had fun!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting the designer behind this lovely 2piece set, Cindy Dashdorj. Let me tell yall about Cindy. This woman is the true definition of an entrepreneur. Its literally the most refreshing thing when you meet people with actual goals. Just sitting there talking to her, i felt like a first grader listing to their teacher read their favorite book lol. Truly an inspirational woman, and shes talented too! I can honestly say her clothing is of quality and that's not so common now a days at a price point as good as hers. The suede she used for this outfit had such a luxurious feel. You'd think Jesus himself personally put his hand on that fabric to get it that smooth. LOL. Right now shes cooking up a line that will knock the louboutins off your feet. She will be transitioning into more edgy fashion forward looks and i get to do something like a beta test on them, i'm beyond excited! Expect to see more of her clothing in the near future!! :)

I feel like my life has been through a series of unfortunate events lately. Not sure if that's the reason I haven't made a post in forever or if its just because I've been super lazy lately lol. Whatever the reason may be, I know I'm done with these long dramatic pauses in between posts. Today's look is just the typical turtleneck + pencil skirt look everybody and their mother seems to be doing now a days. However, I thought id do it with a twist. Instead of doing the whole nude/beige/tan color scheme *yawns*, I wanted to switch it up, make it a little less monotone, more bold. This look would have been a complete snooz-fest had i worn it with a plain black skirt instead of a patent one. I bought this skirt almost 2 years ago. Thank God i kept it!  Patent leather just makes everything more fun, right!

Hey dolls! Can anyone tell me where the hell summer went!? It feels like it was just yesterday i was having a heat stroke lol. But its all gravy because fall clothes are wayyy cuter anyway! As i mentioned in previous posts, its just something about that fall green that really gets me all warm and fuzzy inside. Found these amazing faux leather joggers at Zara and instantly knew i was taking them home. Im a little bit of a dare devil because i didnt even try them on before purchasing them.
But enough about my wild side, lol  I cant seem to let go of my open toe shoes just yet. Hell, i'll probably still wear a strappy pump even when there's snow on the ground. I dont care how dumb i look! Kim K can wear a full on winter coat, crop top, and a pencil skirt with strappy heels under it - no tights! so only god can judge me lol (really though, what is the weather like at these places she goes to? i literally cant tell )
